Work Experience Opportunities
Students are always looking for volunteer, employment or internship opportunities so that they can gain valuable experience and earn credits. For every 150 hours of work a student earns a full elective credit through the Cooperative Work Experience curriculum. This provides our students with the opportunity to continue earning credits during the summer or outside of school while also gaining relevant work experience. If your organization offers student work experience opportunities please contact Anna Harryman at 541-967-4563 or email.
If you are interested in being a volunteer please visit the volunteer page on the district website.
AOS is committed to providing Service Learning opportunities for all of our students in their classes across the board. If your non-profit or organization would like to partner with AOS please contact Anna Harryman, Service Learning Coordinator.
Stay involved by knowing what is going on at the school. “Like” us on Facebook to see updates, pictures, links and more. Find us on Instagram and follow us at @AlbanyOptionsSchool and use #AlbanyOptionsSchool, #AOSrocks, #AOSknights.
Remember to check our calendar for upcoming events and opportunities at AOS.
Stay current by reading articles in our monthly newsletter, which is published on our website. Learn about projects going on in the school, student awards and accomplishments, and much more. If you would like to be added to the mailing list to receive copies either by mail or email, please contact Anna Harryman at 541-967-4563 or email.

Giving to AOS
Monetary and in-kind donations are always greatly appreciated. It is with the support of our community that we are able to provide our students with hands-on and interactive learning opportunities. If you would like to make a donation to our school please make your check payable to Albany Options School. Please specify if you would like your gift to be a general donation or if you have a specific purpose in mind (e.g. Service Learning, supplies, field trips, school garden, etc.).
AOS is always looking for local organizations to partner up with to create opportunties for students. Partnerships can include internships for students, Service Learning projects, field trips, on-going projects, volunteering, and much more. If you are interested in having a relationship or creating a partnership with the school please contact Anna Harryman at 541-967-4563 or email.
